Each garment is thoughtfully designed and meticulously handcrafted to honor your unique silhouette. Because every piece is made-to-order with exceptional care, all sales are final.
No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our designs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing provided by the client
- Event cancellations or scheduling changes
Every piece is created specifically for you—your measurements, your details, your vision—and cannot be resold or repurposed.
Measurements & Fit
Clients are responsible for submitting accurate measurements at the time of purchase.
If you require assistance taking proper measurements, we are happy to guide you.
Any additional alterations after delivery are the responsibility of the client.
Order Adjustments
Because production begins immediately after purchase, order changes cannot be guaranteed.
Requests for modifications must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, adjustments—if possible—may incur additional fees.
Quality Assurance
All pieces undergo careful inspection before shipping. If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
Defects caused by improper handling, wear, storage, or alterations done outside of Atelier Milano Couture are not covered.
Cancellations
Because production begins immediately, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. These are non-refundable.
